Warranty Policy

At PyroRC, we stand behind the products we sell and are committed to assisting customers with any warranty-related concerns. However, please note that all warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer. PyroRC acts as a facilitator between you and the manufacturer to ensure a smooth resolution process.

1. Eligibility for Warranty Claims

  • All items purchased from PyroRC are eligible for warranty consideration within 30 days of purchase, provided the claim falls under the manufacturer’s stated warranty terms.

  • If the 30-day period has passed, you must contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

  • All warranty decisions are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Terms

  • Manufacturer’s Role: PyroRC does not determine warranty outcomes. We assist by relaying information and facilitating communication, but the manufacturer retains final authority.

  • Troubleshooting & Inspection: Manufacturers may require detailed troubleshooting before confirming a defect. Only clear manufacturing defects may bypass this process, as determined by PyroRC and the manufacturer.

3. Warranty Process

  • Procedure: Customers must follow the warranty procedure defined by the manufacturer. PyroRC cannot bypass or expedite this process beyond what the manufacturer allows.

  • No Direct Warranty Returns: Warranty-related returns cannot be accepted without prior manufacturer approval. Replacement or repair authorization must be obtained first.

4. Product-Specific Resolutions

  • Replacement Parts: Manufacturers may replace specific defective components rather than the entire product. For example, if a servo motor within an RC vehicle is defective, only that servo may be replaced.

  • Repairs: Some manufacturers provide repair options under warranty; PyroRC will coordinate these when applicable.

  • Full Replacements: If the manufacturer authorizes a full replacement, please note this may extend resolution timeframes.

5. Warranty Claims Voided by User Error

  • Warranty claims are void if the manufacturer determines the issue resulted from user error, improper use, modification, or incorrect installation.

6. PyroRC’s Role

  • Facilitation Only: PyroRC assists with communication and coordination but does not control or guarantee the outcome of manufacturer claims.

  • Direct Inspections: In limited cases, PyroRC may choose to inspect an item directly, at our sole discretion and after consulting the manufacturer.

7. Resolution Timeframes

  • Most claims are resolved within 30 days, though complex cases or manufacturer delays may extend this to 45–60 days.

8. Proof of Purchase

  • Proof of purchase from PyroRC is required for all warranty claims. The manufacturer may also request photos, videos, or additional documentation to assist in their evaluation.

9. Customer Satisfaction

  • While PyroRC cannot make final warranty decisions, our team will actively support your case, communicate updates, and help ensure the process moves as efficiently as possible.

10. Payment Disputes and Warranty Claims

  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, all associated warranty claims are automatically void.

  • PyroRC will not be able to process or assist with warranty issues until the dispute is resolved and payment is reinstated.

  • By purchasing from PyroRC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We will provide documentation to your financial institution if necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • PyroRC sources products from trusted manufacturers but does not design or manufacture them. Warranty coverage is limited to the defective item itself, as determined by the manufacturer.

  • PyroRC is not liable for secondary damages, including but not limited to:

    • Damage to other components, vehicles, or equipment (e.g., batteries, cameras, transmitters, servos).

    • Property damage, injury, or financial loss resulting from product malfunction or crash events.

  • All products are used at the customer’s own risk. Proper assembly, setup, and safety procedures are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims will not be approved for:

  • Products damaged due to accidents, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

  • Electronics damaged by incorrect wiring, voltage supply, or soldering.

  • Items damaged during shipment (unless insured under insurance).

  • Products operated outside their recommended guidelines or affected by environmental contact (e.g., water, dust, impact).

  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.

By purchasing from PyroRC, you agree to the terms above and the manufacturer’s individual warranty policies.
