Order Processing and Dispatch

Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this time may be packed but might not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day, depending on the carrier’s cutoff.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, major sales, or special events, processing may take up to 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from business day calculations.

Guaranteed Same-Day Dispatch: For urgent orders, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate same-day dispatch requests whenever possible.
Next-Day Delivery Guarantee

For guaranteed next-day delivery, customers must select UPS Next Day Air during checkout and complete their purchase by 2:00 PM PST.

Orders placed after this time or shipped via USPS are not guaranteed for next-day delivery.

While USPS Priority Mail may occasionally arrive next day in nearby zones, this is not a guaranteed service. For time-sensitive shipments, UPS Next Day Air is strongly recommended.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, including unit, suite, or apartment numbers.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: PyroRC is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to address errors or omissions.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs, regardless of the original shipping fee.

Post-Dispatch Changes: Once an order leaves our warehouse, the address cannot be modified.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Liability: PyroRC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed off to the carrier.

Damaged Box Claims: If you receive a damaged box, please contact our support team before opening the package and include clear photos.

Shipping Insurance: To protect against transit issues, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance at checkout. This provides full coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.

Claims must be filed directly with PyroRC and we will gladly assist you to get reimbursed.
International Shipping and Customs

Customs Duties & Fees: All international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. PyroRC does not control or reimburse these costs.

PyroRC will not undervalue shipments or alter item descriptions to avoid customs charges.

Customs clearance is solely the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Due to Customs: If merchandise is returned to sender due to customs issues, it must arrive within 60 days of the shipping date and be in new, unopened condition for consideration of a refund (excluding shipping fees).

Recommended Methods: For the fastest and most reliable international delivery, we recommend DHL Express.

USPS First Class International is a budget-friendly alternative but offers limited tracking and longer delivery times (5–45 days).

Shipments via USPS will only be declared lost after 45 days from the shipping date.
Shipping Methods and Costs

Carrier-Calculated Rates: All shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on carrier rates.

Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free domestic shipping (excluding oversized or irregular items).

Free shipping is typically fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage.

Customers may upgrade to faster services at their own expense.

USPS Limitations: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. PyroRC cannot reship items marked “Return to Sender” until they are received back at our facility.
Carrier-Specific Policies

USPS: Delivery dates are not guaranteed, even if the tracking estimate provides one.

UPS:

Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST (or 12:00 PM PST on Saturdays) generally ship the same day.

UPS Next Day Air cutoff is 2:00 PM PST, with no Saturday delivery option.

UPS Next Day Air orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday.

Restricted Items

LiPo Batteries: Due to shipping regulations, LiPo batteries cannot be shipped internationally. Domestic LiPo shipments must go via ground shipping only (no air methods).

Liquids: Any item containing liquid (regardless of viscosity) cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Forwarding Address Orders

Payments: First-time forwarding orders must be processed via PayPal. Credit card orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses are not accepted.

Responsibility: PyroRC is not responsible for any delivery issues, losses, or delays once a package reaches a forwarding agent.

All disputes must be handled directly with your forwarding company. PyroRC can provide proof of shipment or invoice documentation if needed, but cannot intervene on your behalf.

Orders shipped to forwarding addresses are placed at the customer’s own risk.
Shipping Insurance

Coverage: Shipping protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit for the declared value of the items. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are not covered.

Availability: Insurance is available at checkout on our website and may be selected by default. It may not appear during ShopPay or PayPal Express checkout — customers must manually opt in.

Refunds: Customers may request cancellation and refund of insurance fees only before an order is fulfilled. Once shipped, coverage cannot be removed or refunded.
Billing Verification

Address Matching: Orders must include billing and shipping details that match the card issuer’s records.

Verification: PyroRC reserves the right to verify billing details before fulfillment. Orders with mismatched information may require additional verification or be updated to the verified billing address. This process may cause delays in your order being fulfilled.

Terms Agreement: By purchasing from PyroRC, you agree that orders shipped to the verified billing address are validly fulfilled and non-disputable. Reshipment requests for mismatched orders are subject to review and possible additional fees.
Additional Considerations

International Transit: USPS First Class International is cost-effective but slower and less trackable. For the most reliable experience, DHL Express is highly recommended.

Returned Shipments: Packages returned to PyroRC (e.g., undeliverable or refused deliveries) will not be resent until received and inspected. Customers are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
