Return Policy

At PyroRC, we value your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be clear and straightforward. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and credits.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of your order's delivery date according to the tracking status. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

  • Condition: Products must be brand new, unused, and unopened. This includes intact packaging, seals, protective films, and all included materials.

  • All Components Required: All original items must be included (manuals, cables, packaging, and any promotional items). Missing components will result in the return being declined.


2. Promotional Items

If your purchase included a promotional or free item, it must also be returned. If it’s not returned, the retail value of that item will be deducted from your store credit or refund.


3. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Store Credit: All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a PyroRC gift card.

  • Refunds: In rare cases, management may approve a refund instead. Approved refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover payment processing costs.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders canceled after placement are also subject to the 3% restocking fee, unless store credit is requested.


4. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Requesting a Return: Before sending your items back, please contact support@pyro-rc.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed and may be lost in the system.

  • Expiration: RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Once expired, a new RMA cannot be issued for the same order.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to a PyroRC error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) or a confirmed defect. In such cases, PyroRC will cover the return label.

  • Tracking: Use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. PyroRC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Packaging: Please pack items securely using protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, padding). Damage caused during return shipping is not covered by PyroRC.


6. Inspection and Processing

  • Condition Check: Returned products are inspected upon arrival. Items that appear opened, used, or damaged will be denied.

  • RMA Slip: Include the provided RMA slip or receipt in your return package. Missing documentation may cause delays or rejection.

  • Denied Returns: If a return is denied, you’ll be notified and responsible for the return shipping fee to have the item sent back. If payment is not received within 30 days, the item will be discarded.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Electronics that have been soldered, installed, powered on, or bound to a radio

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Gift cards or final-sale items

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

In select cases, open-box items may be accepted with a 25% restocking fee at PyroRC’s discretion. These items will later be resold as open-box.


8. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense. If the return shipping is not paid within 30 days, the item will be discarded. PyroRC is not responsible for lost or unidentifiable packages sent without authorization.


9. Final Decisions

All return approvals or denials are made at the discretion of PyroRC management. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
