Standard Membership Perks
- Free unlimited track access during open hours.
- Excluding special closures for races, maintenance, or events.
Premium Membership
- Free unlimited track access during open hours.
- Free weekly race entry, every Thursday night! ($15 value per race!)
- Excluding special closures for races, maintenance, or events.

Day pass access (outside of membership) is typically $15 at the track.

PyroRC may revoke your membership at any time for any reason.

Thursday night races include 1 class free entry for premium members, additional classes are $5 per class.
- Saturday races are not included in premium membership.
Facility Rules
- No outside food or drink permitted.
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption.
- Remain behind yellow track line at all times.
- Follow staff instructions & remain respectful.
- Watch for other cars before retrieving yours.
- Do not leave your car or stop on the track.
- Absolutely no shoes on the track!
Access Details
- Includes track time for open practice, pit area, and use of our timing system.
- EasyLap Transponders are not provided, but are available for sale if needed.
- Racing simulators or FPV Mini-Z is not included in track access or memberships.
Membership Policy
- Memberships are recurring and automatically billed every 30 days unless canceled.
- Memberships must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the recurring date. Same-day cancelations are not permitted, and may result in a new recurring charge.
- Memberships or subscription services are not eligible for returns or cancelations once processed. Customers may cancel their subscription via the Membership Dashboard prior to future bill dates to prevent further charges.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cancel or change a membership if they wish to do so. PyroRC can not be held liable for accidental recurring charges, as they are automatically billed every 30 days.
- Facility rules still apply to all guests, regardless of membership status.
- Billing failures will result in the cancelation/termination of your membership.
- Memberships may not be shared or transferred - if any abuse is found, your membership status will be immediately revoked with no refund.
- PyroRC can revoke or cancel a membership, with termination effective immediately regardless of billing schedules, for any reason. Revoked memberships are not eligible for refunds.
- By purchasing a membership at PyroRC, you understand and agree to all the above terms. Terms are subject to change at anytime and will be updated accordingly on the membership information page.
